- Review the scope of the project and discuss time frames
- Develop project schedule when necessary
- Agree upon and establish change control procedures
- Upon completing milestone stages of the work we provide project sign-off sheets
- Monitor progress and customer satisfaction
- Test site for Quality Assurance
