Your Email Marketing List program is a light weight, feature rich mailing list manager. Its main advantage is in its web-based control panel. Anything that has to be done with a mailing list can be handled from your browser.
Below is an overview of the steps necessary create a marketing email, review it, send it to all members of your list and more...
Sending a text message:
- Once you login, on the first page you come to, type in your email message (News, Updates, Announcement, etc.) in the blank box (or copy and paste it from a document such as a Word document you type up, etc.).
- Click on, "Send Test Message to Owner". This will send the email message only to the email address of the owner of the list. Note: To view or change the email address of the owner/administrator of the list, click on the link "Change List Information" in the left hand side navigation area of the program.
- Open your email program, retrieve the email you sent out and review it.
- If the email does not appear as you would like it too, paste your email text message in the blank mail area of the program home page, edit it and resend a test. If the test email you received does appear the way you would like it to you can click on, "Send List Message" to send the email to all members of your email marketing list.
Sending a web page:
- In the upper left hand corner click on, "Send a Web Page".
- Copy the web page address you would like to send into the, "Web Page Address (URL):" field.
- Follow steps 2-4 in "Sending a text message" above.
